Sportsbeat will provide a range of digital editorial services to British Cycling during the 2017 domestic season.
The agency has been appointed to assist with the production of content around British Cycling’s championships and series throughout the year.
Responsibilities will range from live blogging and text commentary, event coverage, sub-editing and populating social media feeds.
Sportsbeat’s coverage began earlier this month at the HSBC UK National 4X Series in Bedfordshire.
“British Cycling is recognised as one of the most forward thinking national governing bodies when it comes to their digital content strategy,” said Sportsbeat editor-in-chief David Parsons.
“The work their communications team already produce is consistently held up as best practice by many in the industry.
