Sportsbeat works with the RBS Six Nations organising committee and their website developers to provide a three language, French, Italian and English - story feed for the competitions official website.

Since taking over the brief, Sportsbeat have increased the level of unique content produced for the site, focussing not just on the main Six Nations tournament but also on the women's and under-20 competitions.

Sportsbeat's Daniel Schofield, who took editorial responsibility for delivering the project, said: "We were delighted to take on this prestigious project and work alongside such a fabled institution as the Six Nations.

What We Did

Sportsbeat assigned a dedicated editor to the site, with breaking news content provided year round, 24/7.

We increased feature output, populated the weekly championship newsletter with content and provided unique match reports on all matches, including women's and under-20 games, during the championships.

Following a successful first year, a new contract, which included extended editorial commitments, was signed for the 2011 tournament.
